Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
Then open the app on the device, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases.
This applies when switching phones or using the subscription on multiple Apple devices, such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed by Apple and can only be restored on Apple devices using the same Apple Account.
Android, Web, and Windows use separate account and billing systems, so Apple subscriptions cannot be restored on those platforms.
To reflect this platform limitation, we offer more affordable pricing and allow users to submit refund requests through Apple.
Please check the following:
Make sure the app version on all devices is 3.7.0 or later.
Older versions may not support project syncing properly.
Make sure all devices are signed in with the same Apple Account.
Project syncing requires the same Apple Account across all devices.
After checking the above, reopen the app on each device and wait a few minutes for syncing to complete.
Please try the following steps:
Open the app and go to Settings → Help & Support → Manage Subscriptions to verify that your Apple subscription is active.
If the subscription is active, tap Restore Purchases in the app.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
If the issue persists, you can submit a refund request to Apple:

Refund approval is handled by Apple.
The Grain feature controls whether parts are allowed to rotate during optimization.
When Grain is enabled:
The part’s length will always align with the stock panel’s length, and the part’s width will align with the stock panel’s width.
This helps preserve the wood grain direction. Parts will not be rotated.
When Grain is disabled:
Parts can rotate freely during optimization. The system will ignore grain direction to achieve better material usage.
